Privacy and drawing-handling notice.

This notice explains the intended RFQ data flow for the Renyi overseas site. It should be reviewed by the approved sales and legal owner before live submission is enabled.

What we receive

  • Contact details such as name, company, email, country or region and phone if provided.
  • RFQ details such as part name, drawing revision, material, standard, quantity, delivery state, inspection requirements and project summary.
  • Technical files such as drawings, CAD models, specifications and compressed packages uploaded through the RFQ form.

How we use RFQ data

  • To review whether Renyi can manufacture the requested casting or machined component.
  • To clarify engineering, quality, delivery and commercial questions with the buyer.
  • To prepare a quotation or explain why a request cannot be quoted. RFQ data is not used for online sales or public catalogue pricing.

Technical file handling

  • Live submissions must be routed only to an approved HTTPS receiver or CRM with access control.
  • Uploaded files should be virus-scanned, stored outside any public web root and retained under documented retention rules.
  • Confidential drawings should not be forwarded through personal email accounts or public file links.

Retention and deletion

  • RFQ data should be kept only for quotation follow-up, project history and compliance needs.
  • Buyers can request correction or deletion through the published sales email unless retention is legally or contractually required.
  • If a production endpoint is changed, old access credentials and storage paths must be revoked.
